Guidance on how to use the 'Documents' function on the Risk Intelligence System – how and where to access the function, and how to upload and view documents.

On any entity where you can see the 'Documents' dropdown menu, you can upload your own documents, or organisation documents, which are documents available to your entire company/organisation.

These can be viewed by you on your log-in, unless you choose to share them with the rest of your organisation.
If you are the 'Company Administrator' you can add documents relevant to your organisation.

When you open the 'Documents' section, click on 'Upload Attachments' to add documents. Choose a file from your device and give it a name and a short description.

Then click on 'Upload' and after a few seconds it will be visible on the Risk Intelligence System.
