Feedback & Support

Overview on the possibilities for feedback and support for the Risk Intelligence System. This includes how to file a bug report, how to get help with functions, and how to provide feedback to improve the user experience.

To access the 'Feedback and Support section, select the 'Feedback and Support' button, the second last option on bar, on the left side of the screen.

This opens the 'Feedback and Support' Menu.

To select the type of feedback you wish to submit, select the drop-down menu – which is set by default to 'General Feedback'. 

The other options are 'Bug Report', 'Request Technical Support' and 'Request Additional Features'. Each of these options require different information in order for them to be submitted. 

Bug Reportis used if there are functions on the Risk Intelligence System that are not working properly.

 

Request Technical Supportis used if you need assistance with functions on the Risk Intelligence System.

 

Request Additional Featuresis used if you find that there are functions missing, that could make your experience with the Risk Intelligence System better.

 

 

Once the required information has been added, the 'Submit' button will become active and can be selected to submit the 'Feedback' or 'Request'.
