Use of the 'Foreign Flag Information' available via the 'Ports' dossiers.
In the port entry there is also a 'Foreign Flags tab', through which you can access information relevant to that port as issued by certain Flag States.
In this case there is information issued by the Flag States or Administrations of Panama and the United States.
Clicking on the flag will expand the list allowing access to the relevant document or 'Advisory'.
