Your System 2027 beta credentials will be sent to you separately in an email from noreply@beta.system.riskintelligence.eu. If you have not received them by 2 November 2026, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find the email, contact us at customersuccess@riskintelligence.eu

Once you have access, we encourage you to explore the System naturally and familiarise yourself with the new environment.
There is no prescribed testing scenario. Start with the areas and features that are most relevant to the way you normally use the Risk Intelligence System.

A simple System 2027 User Manual will be available directly within the System throughout the Beta Programme.
It provides guidance on the main features and functionality to help you get started and navigate the new environment. You can access it from the bottom-left corner of the System.

We will also host an Early Access Preview – Discover System 2027 on 4 November, where the Risk Intelligence team will:
- Introduce System 2027 and the Beta Programme
- Explain the scope and limitations of the beta environment
- Walk you through the main areas of the new System
- Demonstrate key features and navigation
- Explain how to provide feedback
- Answer your questions
The session will be recorded and shared afterwards, so you can revisit the demonstration throughout the Beta Programme.
