What to Expect

Explore the System 2027 Beta Programme, understand its objectives, and learn what to expect from the beta environment during the testing period.

▼ Welcome to the System 2027 Beta Programme

The System 2027 Beta Programme gives selected Risk Intelligence System users early access to the next generation of our platform and the opportunity to help shape its continued development.

The programme will run from 2 to 27 November 2026. During this period, we invite you to explore System 2027, try the new experience and tell us what works well, what could be clearer and where we can improve.

System 2027 is still under development, so the beta environment is not the final version of the System and should not be used for operational purposes.

▼ What Are We Building?

Our goal is to create a stable, faster and more user-friendly Risk Intelligence System while retaining the familiarity and core capabilities our users already know.

System 2027 represents the first step in this evolution. Development will continue beyond the initial launch, with further improvements and enhancements introduced progressively.

The Beta Programme allows us to validate the experience with real users before launch and use your feedback to help refine the System.

▼ What Do We Want to Learn?

During the Beta Programme, we are particularly interested in your experience using the System.

As you explore System 2027, consider:

  • Is it easy and intuitive to use?
  • Can you find the information you need?
  • Is the navigation clear and logical?
  • Does the System behave as you expect?
  • Is anything confusing, difficult or missing?
  • What could we improve?

You do not need to follow a specific testing scenario. We encourage you to explore the System naturally and try the functions that are most relevant to the way you normally work.

▼ Understanding the Beta Environment

During the Beta Programme, you will be working in a stable version of the System 2027 beta environment.

This version will remain largely unchanged while you test it, allowing us to collect feedback against a consistent environment. Development of System 2027 will continue separately throughout the beta period.

If material changes need to be introduced during the programme, we will inform participants and make an updated beta version available.

This means that what you see during the Beta Programme may not always reflect the latest development work taking place behind the scenes.

▼The Beta is not for operational use

The beta environment contains some of our real Risk Intelligence data, but the data is not continuously updated and the beta System must not be used for operational decision-making or situational awareness.

Please continue to use the current Risk Intelligence System for all day-to-day operational activities.

In particular:

  • Not all incidents will be available in the beta environment. Incidents may be added periodically or removed during testing.
  • Beta notification and mail-agent functionality will be tested internally. You will therefore not receive test mail agents from the beta environment.
  • Any operational mail agents you receive through the current System remain genuine and should be handled as normal.
  • You are welcome to experiment with routes, vessels and other functionality, but we recommend using these features for testing rather than rebuilding your complete operational setup.
  • The quality of AIS vessel data will be limited during the beta version: the functionality will be displayed but not for all vessels.
  • Data you create in the beta environment will not be transferred to System 2027 at launch.

The focus of the Beta Programme is therefore on how the System works and how it feels to use, rather than on validating the completeness of its operational data.

        Stay Involved

System 2027 is being developed with our clients in mind, and your feedback remains an important part of the process.

        Tell us:

        • What topics you would like us to cover next
        • What questions you still have
