Note: Screenshots will show 'Alerts', rather than 'Notifications'. The functionality will be the same.
There are three types of notifications on the Risk Intelligence System:
- 'Proximity to incident' – an incident has happened near a designated vessel.
- 'Incidents on Route' – an incident happened inside a route, near a designated vessel.
- 'Enter ROI' (Region of Interest) – a designated vessel has gone inside a drawing, boundary, or area.
The active notifications can be accessed by clicking the 'Notifications' icon, on the left side of the screen. As notifications are tied to a vessel list, the notification will show up with the name of the vessel that triggered the individual notification, as well as notification details and IMO and MMSI numbers.

The vessel will also be highlighted with a red vessel-marker on the map.

If you press one of the vessels, the map will zoom to the vessel, and in the below case, highlight the incident and proximity range of the notification.
To use 'Notifications', a Company Administrator must have set up one or more notifications for your company.
